Staff

Bar Manager

• Own the drinks menu — cocktails, signature serves, the lot
• Lead, roster and brief the bar team across every shift
• Run stock end to end: ordering, rotation, wastage, cost of goods
• Build bar logistics for events and big bookings, and work with sponsors on activations

2+ years bar management or senior bar experience preferred.

Bartender

• Serve fast and accurately through high-volume après and event service
• Cocktails, mixed drinks, beer and wine to a consistent standard
• Keep the bar stocked, clean and presentable all service
• Handle cash and card on the POS
• Set up and pack down each shift

Previous bar experience in a fast-paced venue is essential.

Bar/Kitchen Support

• Restock fridges, spirits, mixers and ice through service
• Handle deliveries and stock rotation from storage
• Support setup and pack-down before and after every shift

No bar experience needed — full training given, with a pathway to Bartender. · Reports to Bar Manager.

Chef

• Plan and run a seasonal menu built for après-ski dining
• Prep, cook and plate to a consistent standard through service
• Stock control and ordering
• Hold the kitchen to food safety and hygiene standards
• Scale output on high-volume event days with the Bar Manager

Trade qualification or equivalent professional cooking experience.

Content & Social Media Manager

• Own the weekly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Shoot photo and video at events — sets, crowd, mountain, product
• Edit short-form reels and longer YouTube highlight packages
• Run community engagement, comments and DMs
• Report weekly performance to the Operations Manager and hold brand consistency

Promotional Team

• Get Party Peak in front of the valley — flyers, posters, QR codes, hospitality venues
• Work the door: welcome guests, manage entry flow, set the tone on arrival
• Run guest activities and competitions that drive engagement
• Staff pop-ups, pre-event meet-ups and sponsor activations
• Appear in promo content and work with the social media team
• Work our nightclub events in the valley, running the door
