Three steps from the base

Ride the Noa gondola
Start at the Iwatake base and ride the gondola to the summit. Any valid Iwatake or Hakuba Valley pass gets you on. About 8 minutes to the top.

Follow the purple flags
From the summit keep left onto Gezan and look for our signage at the top of the Sawa line. Wide, easy cruiser — fine for confident beginners upward.

Drop onto the cat track
About halfway down Sawa the Peak appears on your left. Drop onto the cat track, rack your gear and walk in. On a still day you hear the sound system before you see it.
